Job Description

The Senior Project Manager Leader will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to articulate and prioritize issues and risks at a senior executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of project management experience on enterprise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate and prioritize issues and risks at a senior executive level.
  • Experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Asana, and Trello.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a public sector environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Experience with online collaboration tools, including MIRO, Atlassian Confluence, and Trello.
