**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Tax Manager/Director to join our growing Clean Energy Incentives team in our Federal Tax Strategies practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships by delivering a full range of clean energy tax consulting services, including project eligibility determinations, cost segregation studies, tax equity structuring, financial modeling, and tax credit transferability.
**Key Responsibilities**
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing client relationships by delivering a full range of clean energy tax consulting services
- Performing tax due diligence projects through a detailed review of tax credit calculations, qualifying eligible project costs, financial statements, and compiling summary tax due diligence reports
- Leading credit transactions by adhering to deal deadlines, providing prompt responses, and delivering desired client outcomes
- Thriving in an entrepreneurial environment that offers a ton of flexibility, autonomy, and the encouragement to make things happen
- Leading the engagement progress by monitoring time, budgets, and deadlines for adherence
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)
- Minimum of 6 years experience required in public accounting, professional services or law firm working with clean energy tax consulting, tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling
- Engineering background is a plus
**Compensation**
The salary range for this position is: $107,000 – $204,000. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
