Culinary Specialist

Wild Wings is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for customers and patients
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
