About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Labourer to join our team at Diamond N. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Maintenance: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • Land Preparation: Clear fields of wood and stones.
  • Animal Care: Develop and guide the behavior of farm animals, disinfect pens, barns, or poultry houses, and perform animal grooming activities.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, farm trucks, and skidsteers.
  • General Farm Duties: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and perform general farm duties.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
