About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Child Caregiver at Yao - Private Household. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a private home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive, emotional, and social development in children.
    • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Household Management
    • Assume full responsibility for household management, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
    • Maintain a clean and organized living space for children and family members.
  • Health and Safety
    • Administer medication and provide basic first aid as needed.
    • Ensure children's health and safety by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
    • Work collaboratively with the family to develop and implement care plans that meet their unique needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
