Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced strategic sourcing manager to join our Strategic Sourcing Group team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global sourcing strategies that drive business growth and profitability for TD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global sourcing strategies that meet the needs of TD and its commercial partners.
  • Procurement Expertise: Bring extensive experience in procurement, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand the financial impacts of procurement decisions and cost structures.
  • Project Management: Leverage project management experience, including planning, execution, and tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in procurement, management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
