Key Responsibilities
  • Ship and receive parts orders, verifying shipping documents and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Explain the benefits of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to customers, promoting our high-quality products.
  • Interact with retail, wholesale, and internal customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform regular inventory checks, correcting any discrepancies and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Track core charges and follow up with customers for returns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
