Play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies that support the creation of essential medical solutions for patients globally.

Position Overview:

  • Supervise all financial operations, including recruitment and development of team members
  • Ensure the precision of financial data and generate internal financial reports
  • Direct the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Evaluate and enhance financial procedures and internal controls
  • Manage financial audits and recommend improvements
  • Examine sales metrics for strategic planning and forecasting
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is essential
  • Professional certification is advantageous
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial leadership
  • Background in a manufacturing setting at a supervisory level
  • Familiarity with GAAP, taxation regulations, and ERP software
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and proactive approach
