Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in analyzing and creating schedules that meet client and company expectations. You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure timely project completion and identify potential problems or conflicts in the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and create schedules that meet client and company expectations, including outstanding contract requirements and deliverables.
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in creating short-term schedules and monitoring these schedules to determine their impact on the master schedule.
  • Maintain master schedules for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed and owner changes in the scope of work according to the schedule.
  • Evaluate construction progress and provide regular schedule updates.
  • Proactively identify problems or conflicts in the project schedule and assist the Project Manager or Superintendent in effectively managing a resolution.

Requirements

  • A construction or engineering-related degree or diploma and five years of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • A working knowledge of computer scheduling programs.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple schedules, solve schedule conflicts under pressure, and understand the complex building sequence.
  • A solid knowledge of the Critical Path Method.
  • The ability to obtain a CISD Secret Clearance.
