• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure the delivery of client-centered care by assisting individuals and their families respond to changing health care needs
• Demonstrate a specialized body of knowledge and base practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities
About the Location
Penticton Regional Hospital is a referral centre to three community hospitals and one diagnostic centre in the South Okanagan, serving a regional population of 85,000. The hospital has an operating capacity of 158 acute beds and 102 extended care beds, providing a range of services including medical and surgical nursing units.

Qualifications
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
