The Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Clinical and Operational Support to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our clinical and operational support services. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the delivery of high-quality patient care and to contribute to the development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and oversight to clinical and operational support services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business administration)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare organization
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
