Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Aleem Ravji Insurance and Financial Services. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals and protect their families with tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through inbound and outbound calls, digital channels, and in-person interactions.
  • Offer advanced guidance and expertise on Desjardins insurance products to help clients meet their insurance needs.
  • Deliver outstanding sales and service for transactions related to insurance products and services.
  • Act as a process/product expert to address customer concerns and provide problem-solving support.
  • Work effectively as a team to resolve customer issues and achieve set goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and passionate about delivering superior customer experiences.
  • Property & Casualty license, preferably obtained or willing to obtain.
