Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at Trilink Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers, including dispatching, route planning, and monitoring of driver performance.
  • Manage and Maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Develop and Implement strategies to improve driver productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics operations.
  • Conduct Regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to drivers as needed.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work under Pressure
Work Environment

As a Truck Driver-Supervisor at Trilink Logistics Inc., you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work a standard 35-40 hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.
