About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team at Color Finish Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a professional finish.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Work Environment: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings, and adapt to different work environments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in painting and finishing, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires hand-eye coordination, bending, crouching, and kneeling, and is physically demanding.
  • Work Conditions: Work 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term, and work in English.
