About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at Can Sports Center. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training sessions to athletes, focusing on improving their skills and performance.
  • Motivation and Preparation: Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared.
  • Coaching and Instruction: Participate in coaching clinic instruction, providing guidance and feedback to athletes.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athletes' performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their skills.
  • Prospecting and Recruitment: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying potential talent for our programs.
  • Communication and Presentation: Present materials at conferences or symposia, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and industry professionals.
Work Environment and Conditions

As a Sports Coach at Can Sports Center, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with athletes, coaches, and other staff members to achieve our goals.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
