Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Worker at JS ROMANA LANDSCAPING. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and maintain lawn areas
  • Rake and collect refuse, including leaves and debris
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and pruners
  • Perform other related tasks as required
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The work site environment is wet/damp, and the work setting is varied, with tasks performed at various locations.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Physical ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Client focus and organized
