About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions and conduct financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Establish and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure cash requirements are met and review financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including the global Treasury team.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Working towards (or have) CPA designation.
  • Experience in public accounting or accounting department of a multinational company.
  • Advanced skills with Excel, including macros, and familiarity with SAP or an account module within another ERP.
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
