Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews, validation sessions, and usability assessments to ensure that designs align with client expectations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout the discovery, definition, and implementation phases.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business and gather user insights from various customer-facing teams.
  • Contribute to and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design methodologies.
  • Test solutions prior to deployment to guarantee alignment with designs and specifications for a seamless user experience.
  • Mentor colleagues, fostering their professional development in product design within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design principles.
  • A demonstrated background as a Product Designer with a robust portfolio that highlights your design process and outcomes.
  • A solid grasp of usability principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and a data-informed approach to design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
  • A passion for evolving design techniques, tools, and standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience in designing AI-driven solutions or features is a plus.
