About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our team at Print Plus. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing equipment to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain printing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Job Preparation
    • Review work orders to determine job specifications and requirements.
  • Setup and Operation
    • Set up and make adjustments to printing machines as needed.
    • Input codes and programming data on console keyboards of computerized machines.
    • Operate and monitor printing machines during print runs, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines.
    • Perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail.
    • Use hand-eye coordination and distinguish between colors.
    • Lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) as required.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and organizational skills.
    • Work a regular 35-40 hour week.
