Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC (Little Caesars Waterdown). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
