Job Summary:

As an Inventory Coordinator at PeopleToGo, you will play a crucial role in managing Mobility Radio inventory. You will be responsible for interfacing with various Project team members and warehouse team members to manage the deployment of material from the warehouse to sites using established process methodologies.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily forecasting and replenishment strategies to ensure in-stock levels
  • Track orders and ensure timely receiving and expediting as required
  • Facilitate store returns and recalls, and transfer stock between stores as needed to reduce inventory
  • Communicate order status and issues to Project team members in a timely manner
  • Launch new products and highlight areas of opportunity to drive business growth
  • Solve inventory-related problems and review WIP to ensure in-stock levels
  • Assist in executing inventory management tactics and optimize inventory productivity
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure flawless execution and manage work volume to provide cost-effective use of resources


Qualifications:
  • Inventory management experience is an asset
  • Systems and process-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
