Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare and process payroll, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Assist with financial analysis and budgeting
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
