Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist Customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stock and Merchandise: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
  • Work with Colleagues: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
