Silver Creek Lodge is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Attendant to ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout our establishment. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and maintain furniture to ensure a pristine appearance.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furnishings.
  • Make beds and change linens to provide a comfortable stay for guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness in operating rooms and other designated areas.
  • Ensure elevators are clean and disinfected regularly.
  • Handle and report lost and found items responsibly.
  • Respond to guests' requests for additional supplies or items.
  • Provide basic information about lodge facilities to guests.
  • Collect debris and empty trash containers to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene as required.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Mend clothing and linens as necessary.
  • Carry out light housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Shop for food and household supplies to support lodge operations.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to enhance the lodge's appearance.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
