Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at I Style Professional Inc.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Work Environment

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or related environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours

The Warehouse Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
