Job Title: Banking Advisor

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to greet clients, answer their questions, and help them use our banking applications and ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to clients, listening to their needs and resolving complex situations.
  • Offer advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, building lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement, referring clients to specialist colleagues as needed.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
