Position Type: Full-time, 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing multiple projects alongside the Senior Project Manager and Technical Director, spanning durations of 3 to 36 months for both small and large-scale initiatives (valued at $100M+).
  • Tracking project costs and budgets throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Facilitating performance discussions with management and senior leadership while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Creating and managing project timelines to ensure completion within set deadlines and resource allocations, while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Delivering timely and effective project updates, including monthly status reports, cost forecasts, cash flow analyses, schedule revisions, and safety and quality assessments.
  • Providing guidance and support to project coordinators, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Initiating and managing the request for information process for all project-related inquiries.
  • Preparing project proposals.

Are You the Right Fit?

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 7-15 years of project management experience within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work remotely when necessary.
  • Contributes to a calm, clean, and respectful workplace environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree or PMP certification.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license for site visits.
