Key Responsibilities- Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
- Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
- Prepare and administer sales contracts, including Internet-based electronic commerce
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Provide input into product design to tailor goods or services to client needs
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
- Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support
- Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to clients
- Provide customer service and support to clients
- Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
