Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise.
- Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrees, appetizers, and desserts, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demand.
