Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Diamond Heights Homes Ltd.

Job Summary

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of infection
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure they are returned to their rightful owners
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
Working Conditions

The Cleaner will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Cleaner will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
