We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at DR EMMANUEL KANU MEDICINE PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care
    • Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
    • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive care to promote healthy lifestyles
  • Medical Consultations and Education
    • Offer expert medical advice and guidance to patients and their families
    • Provide education on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure understanding and cooperation
  • Administrative and Clinical Duties
    • Manage patient records, medical charts, and other administrative tasks
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Certification
    • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
    • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
    • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Skills and Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in family medicine or a related field
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
