About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance to join our dynamic team at MevoTech LP. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales budgets and forecasts, providing accurate and timely financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with sales leaders to analyze market trends, customer sales data, and investment patterns, identifying new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in data-driven storytelling to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze data, develop financial models, and provide clear recommendations to management.
  • Support customer presentations, including sales, returns, discounts, and special programs.
  • Drive process improvements and streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Automate reporting using Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales planning and analysis.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics and business partnering.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with good communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Goal-oriented leader with a high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Knowledgeable about CPG industry and cross-category management with expertise to effectively support both finance and nonfinance departments within the organization.
Working Conditions
  • 3 days on site at Toronto location.
  • Standard office setting.
