Role Overview:

In the role of Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our store by overseeing all stockroom activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining precise inventory records, organizing stock effectively, and guaranteeing that products are readily accessible for the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stockroom functions, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing product deliveries.
  • Maintain precise inventory records through regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer needs and assist in restocking as necessary.
  • Establish efficient storage and organization systems to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Train and lead stockroom personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in inventory management or a comparable role, ideally within the retail sector.
