We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Plan and schedule work to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Equipment and Supplies
    • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
    • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
