Job Title: Senior Technology Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Technology Architect, where you will play a key role in leading the technical team in implementing requirements in Pega PRPC v7. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega solutions both in PRPC and CDH, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions in PRPC and CDH
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Guide and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM) environment
Requirements:
  • At least 7+ years of experience in leading the technical team in implementing requirements in Pega PRPC v7
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and its implementation
  • Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM) environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
