About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Modinno Dwellings Inc. as a key member of our facilities management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Design and Planning: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Project Management: Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution and meet deadlines.
  • Estimation and Procurement: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in plumbing.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 38 hours per week.
