What You Will Do With Us

As the General Manager of our electrical distribution division, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the business. This includes recruiting and developing talent, shaping strategic direction, driving sales and market share, and managing the P&L. You will develop and implement strategies to expand our digital and e-commerce capabilities to better serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and comply with Rexel Canada's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and development of the management team to ensure organizational and personal goals are achieved.
  • Evaluate organizational performance in meeting objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved.
  • A leader with proven success in building and sustaining a performance-driven culture.
  • Knowledgeable in industry policies, practices, and trends.
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
