Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Dim Sum Garden. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes, according to recipes and customer orders.
- Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats to meet our high standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Prepare special dishes for customers with dietary restrictions or allergies.
