Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that medications and supplies are available to meet patient needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pharmacy and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and software.
