About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Technician to join our team at New Capital Roadways Ltd. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot complex technical issues with computer systems and electronic equipment.
  • Repair and Maintain computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide Technical Support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Develop and Implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve overall team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
