Join Our Agronomy Team

Central Ontario FS, a division of GROWMARK, Inc, is a leading provider of agronomic products and solutions in Central and Southern Ontario. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crop Scout to join our team.

About the Role

As a Crop Scout, you will be responsible for conducting visual inspections of crops, identifying weeds, insects, and diseases, and documenting your findings using integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and satellite imagery. You will also represent Central Ontario FS on the road and in our growers' fields, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an agriculture-related college or university program
  • Basic understanding of production agriculture
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
