We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Central Protection Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and ensure that all messages are relayed to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and confirmed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including work logs and customer information.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions, ensuring that all records are accurate and secure.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
