Job Title: ElectricianWe are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at the Kapuskasing Papermill in Kapuskasing, ON. As an Electrician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and maintain a safe workplace, identifying areas for improvement and supporting our Health & Safety program.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed.
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements and foster positive union/management/employee relations.
- Report to the Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to the team's success.
- Education: Graduate of an Electrical Engineering Technology program or equivalent.
- Certification: Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent.
- Experience: Pulp & Paper experience is an asset.
- Language: Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).
