Key Responsibilities- Manage Personnel Data: Store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Classification and Staffing Documents: Classify, process, and maintain personnel documents, including staffing and other personnel-related records.
- Maintain Registration Systems and Records: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of registration systems and records, including personnel information databases.
- Prepare Staff Relations Information: Prepare and disseminate information related to staff relations, including health and safety information.
- Provide Client and Public Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public regarding personnel matters.
- Arrange Staff Training: Arrange for in-house and external staff training, including advertising and posting job vacancies.
- Screen Job Applicants: Screen job applicants, conduct reference checks, and prepare reports.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Security and Safety: Possess a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and sitting for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, and a team player.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
