The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as restocking supplies and condiments.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging items for take-out and delivery.
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies and ingredients.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
