Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team at T & S Transportation Systems Inc. As a Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of commercial transport trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with commercial transport trucks and trailers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Overtime required
  • Standing for extended periods
