Risk Control Consultant

Aon Hewitt is seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Consultant to join our team. As a Risk Control Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting facility risk control surveys, developing client loss estimates, and preparing insurance underwriting information reports.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct facility risk control surveys to identify potential risks and hazards
- Develop client loss estimates on a site-specific and portfolio basis to assist with insurance program designs
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments at client sites
- Prepare insurance underwriting information reports to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their risk exposure
- Evaluate and respond to insurance company recommendations to ensure clients receive the best possible coverage
- Strong technical background, preferably an engineering degree or equivalent
- At least 10 years of working experience in a related industry, preferably in commercial property and casualty risk
- Familiarity with NFPA and/or FMG Datasheets with regards to fire protection
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills in both English and French
- Sound understanding of digitalization and data and analytic fundamentals
- Ability to analyze technical problems and deliver cost-effective solutions
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
