Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
- Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP) and Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
