Lay Out Reference Points and Patterns

You will lay out reference points and patterns to ensure that the metal components are fabricated accurately and to the required specifications.

Plan the Sequence of Tasks

You will plan the sequence of tasks to cut metal most efficiently, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Study Engineering Drawings and Blueprints

You will study engineering drawings and blueprints to determine material requirements, ensuring that the correct materials are ordered and delivered to the worksite.

Assemble and Fit Plates and Sections

You will assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures, ensuring that the components are fabricated accurately and to the required specifications.

Weld or Bolt Sections Together
