We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at RDTS. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise products, including facing, cleaning, and rotating stock.
- Identify marketing opportunities through techniques such as cross-merchandising and mass merchandising.
- Install and maintain displays, and read and execute planograms as needed.
- Perform daily reports, including taking pictures of work done, through our mobile reporting app.
- Maintain excellent relationships with store managers and execute special mandates required by clients.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 15 kgs.
- Must be able to cover your territory, with mileage reimbursement applicable.
